Fishing with Dad.
Landen decided on his birthday that fishing was what he wanted to do, so he did.
This cat fish got Dad when he took it off the hook, ouch.
This one reminded me of the Bert and Ernie Fish Call fish for those of you who remember that Sesame Street skit, it came flying out of the water and totally surprised Landen.
An evening walk at the Nature Center, of course Mackenna's shoes are untied she's always got to play with them. Below the kids are playing with the sand stone, Landen likes to "make orange sand" by scratching at them.
The un-first day of school photo taken on the second day of school since we weren't on the ball on the first. Doesn't he look excited? He really isn't a morning person.
