We hope everyone is having a nice Thanksgiving, safe travel for those of you who are on the road. I hope all your homes are filled with the sweet aroma of your Thanksgiving feast. Landen seen above, incharge of the pumpkin pie.
We headed out to enjoy the sun for a few minutes this morning but as many of you know, if it's sunny in Minnesota in the winter it is cold, we didn't last too long.
| This past couple weeks have rough for Mackenna, she went for her 1 year check-up where we found she had an ear infection. So not only did she get her shots but was started on antibiotics. 6 days later she broke out in head to toe rash. At this point it's unclear if it was due to the penicillin or MMR. But through it all she still managed to smile! |
Landen had his Thanksgiving feast at school Tuesday. He made the place mat he's holding, you may note the turkey's very long beak. They sang songs, had story time, and then we feasted on cheese, crackers, and grapes. A good time was had by all.
Happy Thanksgiving! We miss you guys. Last year was fun fun fun.
ReplyDeleteI miss you, too! Landen--you look like you are a good pumpkin pie maker. I bet it tasted delicious. Mackenna--I hope your rash is all gone. Love, Grandma Elaine
