We've been busy doing summer things...
Mackenna went fishing for the first time
Didn't catch anything but she waited patiently for a few minutes
Landen caught something but didn't want to touch that bullhead.
Parade season started with the Memorial Day parade, Mackenna loved the marching bands.
Brant and Landen stuck out the Twins game in close to 100 degree temps. Some of his other cub scout friends were there too.
Soccer season started.
Mackenna ran circles around us while we waited for Landen's practice to finish up
Landen had work to do in the Heritage Days Parade, some how he lucked out and didn't get pooper scooper duty (some of the scouts had to clean up after the horses in the parade)

Brant and Landen almost took off with the flag they were carrying, apparently there were some pretty strong wind gusts. Landen did a nice job, he made through the entire parade without complaint, he even waved and acknowledged people along the way. He was pretty proud to be out showing off his uniform.
