Landen spent almost 2 weeks up north with his Grandparents, we joined him after the first week. He had so much fun I don't think he really wanted to come home.

We discovered a wonderful kids fishing pond stocked with thousands of fish. Landen had a blast, at one point catching 16 fish in a little over an hour. I think we will be spending an awful lot of time there during future visits.
Landen went on his first long haul with Papa Ron and had a good time seeing the deer and the big machines even though some of them were loud and a little scary at first. I'm sure more trips are in his future.
Mackenna discovered her love for sweet potatoes on this trip and found Hoover just fascinating.
They both decided that Cousin Joe is lots of fun, and a good cook too.
