Mom's Taxi, getting you there on time at very reasonable rates

This week Landen and his friend Amelia attended Down on the Farm camp at the MN Zoo.

Below he is showing off his horse mask, he tells me he is a domestic horse.

In addition to horses they learned about goats, sheep, chickens, cows, and pigs. His pig ears below are notched with his birth date.

So what did Mackenna and I do for 5 days in the city waiting for Landen to finish camp?

we headed to Lego land and the Mall of America

we took a ride down town on the light rail

we checked out several of the local parks

and of course we spent some time at the zoo.

One evening Brant's department at work had a picnic at Highland Park so we once again headed for the city. Landen had a blast on the great playground.

Landen also decided to try his hand at volleyball, the adults there were kind enough to let the kiddos join in.

We took a ride around the little lake on a paddle boat

I spent a lot of time playing "Where's Landen" in the giant play structure.

 Fortunately there were some smaller options for Mackenna.

It was an exhausting week. We hope your week was so fun it wore you out too.
