Acting like kids in the city...

Joy just couldn't get enough of us and came back for another visit. She actually had an unexpected opportunity to meet her brother and his family in Minneapolis for a couple days so we got to spend some time with them too. The first night we met at the Mall of America and had supper at the Rainforest cafe and then headed over to Nickelodeon Universe for some fun, it don't know that it looks like Sarah and I are having much fun on the Log Chute in the photo below but Jack sure is.

Joy got a room at the Radisson in Bloomington, home of the Water Park of America so Thursday night we spent the evening there. It was tough to get a picture off, the boys were running so fast.

Joy travels with everything but the kitchen sink, she had the PS3 with her so Landen had to try that out. Notice the concentration (he was playing monopoly).

Mackenna had her first real trip to the shoe store today. She got her little white walking shoes size 3.5 extra wide. She's not too sure what to think of them but has already figured out how to untie them. Landen also got a pair of shoes with laces, a new challenge to work on. He's pretty excited about his big boy shoes. I'm sure his teachers will hate us...
