It was zoo camp for Landen and his friend Amelia the week before last. Here they are waiting outside the gate for camp to start. They learned about dolphins one day and crocodiles the other.
We checked out the animals while Landen was at camp. Mackenna thought the goats were funny and I had never seen the camels in the pond before.
Chilling out in the little bit of shade we could find while brother played following camp.
Of course we had to stop by the splash pad to cool off after all that playing.
We finally got a new sidewalk, Landen had a good time watching all the construction.
The second session of swimming lessons wrapped up and as you can see Landen graduated. He was quite a little swimmer by the end but he's not sure that he wants to move on to the big pool.
Mackenna went for her first lessons too and loved it.
What could be better than a big bathtub to play in?
Joy came for a visit on Wednesday and left Monday, it was nice to visit with her. We had fun at the aquatic center, Edinborough park, shopping (the photo above is Mackenna in her first designer dress (don't get used to it Mackenna) Joy ordered it for her from Lilly Pulitzer), and bowling in Rushford where headed to take a peek at Laura's jewelery sale, you can check out her creations at http://www.fencejewelry.com/. I got an early birthday present, a bracelet Laura made-Love it!
I feel a strike coming on...
Smiley, bet you can't wait until you can bowl too.
